My LittleXiaoTao is now 2 1/2 years old!

Very d/p with the service Hongthai provided. I hv booked a taiwan tour with them for Nov trip. At the time of booking…of cos very nice lar…friendly …smile smile, I was told that if there is any cancellation, they will inform 2 weeks in adv. Well, last fri is exactly 2 weeks, yet no one contacted me. I called up earlier that week to chk confirmation, was told only 6 so far. Ok lor i wait for their call. I went down on Sat to chk confirmation of booking, either to pay for balance amt or get refund for tour cancellation (min 10 to depart) and chg to another agency.

So i went down with my mother. I asked if the tour i booked confirmed. The tour consultant happily said…"normally during sch holidays one are confirmed"…ok i smiled bk and told her that i have called lately and understood that there arent enough participants. She paused for mins then told me "ya the tour is not confirmed". Of cos i asked for the deposit refund so i can hop to join another agency.

Then that lady consultant told me that she cant decide and ask me to wait while she asked her officer to serve me. Wait lor, officer arrived, nv say anything, kept checking the PC and look at my confirmation doc….answered a phonecall, let us wait like nobody biz. Then told me that i got to wait till Mon as they got to sort out something and only can confirm on Mon if the tour is confirmed. >_<

I was quite angry already…in the 1st place they dont even bother to call me! i told them i hv booked my ALs and thus if this is cancelled i need to change to another agency. She kept repeating herself that mon will give confirmation. Fed up! I am not someone who will find trouble outside but this time i am really damn HOT! So i questioned..meaning you yourself isnt sure that the trip will be confirmed right? So do you mean if tour not cfm, i have to come down again on mon, do refund procedures and go hunt around for another agency? Do you think i am very free to come down? I think my tonality wasnt too good so the consultants nearby were looking at us…haha but i cant be bothered cos it up to my boiling point.

Eventually they agreed to the cancellation refund but show me a black face throughout!

Lousy service…think twice before booking with them…

Last Sat, i attended kokkok wedding at Plaza Parkroyal Hotel.  Yest i attended another Income fren’s wedding at Le Meridien - Jenny aka "bian fuxia" (bat)’s wedding…

I could see the happiness on her face…haha…the important day finally arrived! Yesterday dinner also seemed much like a mini Income Day. Yeah it is true! More than 1/2 of the guests were from Income! It was quite a relieve to many that our CEO couldnt make it to the dinner as he is in overseas…:p

Oh this was also the first time i saw Wawa and elvina in makeover (they are the Jie Meis) !!! Elvina looked great with hairdo/makeup and her sexy dress!
