Wat’s forum?
Forum forum… supposely a medium for open discussion or voicing of ideas/suggestions… true for some forums but not in my organisation.
In my org culture…forum is a place for agreement…. to say beautiful words or honey-coated words…. so where is the openness? ok then let be it…

Next time should noe better. Well at least you can air your views openly on this wonderful blog of yours. The forum is what you call being in a denial that there are LOTSA problem in the org. Good for them then..they think can survive better this way. So defensive when getting constructive feedback.

Its a waste of time writing in that forum. When the ‘One’ makes a statement, many people and always the same few people will agree but no one in the “right frame of mind” will dare to oppose - so far I never seen anyone doing that.
When a lowly peasant makes a statement, no one cares; not even a disagree - especially people from the “Royal Palace”.
I have given up on the forum long time ago.
